Generation Zero - America's Coming Holocaust?

You could hear the clunk of my jaw hitting the floor as it dropped when I read the synopsis of "Generation Zero", the movie that blames baby boomers for being the root cause of the current economic meltdown.

"... Generation Zero exposes the little told story of how the mindset of the baby boomers sowed the seeds of economic disaster that will be reaped by coming generations."

As if it wasn't bad enough that somehow jacking interest rates to 1% to avoid the pain from the bursting dot com bubble which caused the housing boom and subsequent bust had nothing to do with the state of the economy. But to place blame on a segment of society like this is so vile it reminds me of the vilification of the Jews before the holocaust.

All we need is a radical politician to gain power and start picking apart the older citizens who will already have been getting the shaft from health care rationing from Obama care. Will they be blamed for eating up too much of the health care supply shortage Obama care will cause? Will they be blamed for eating up too much of the Socialist InSecurity funds that the government spent long ago?

I hope this does not happen, but it was precisely this kind of social group-vilification that was at the heart of the German holocaust. The holocaust that followed a terrible hyperinflation -- a hyperinflation that the U.S. is not at all immune to.
