Krister Evertson, a Victim of Overcriminalization

Almost all federal agencies such as EPA in this case, have their own SWAT teams sitting around wondering when their next bust will be.

These agencies are completely out of control. They are autonomous and many can make up new regulations (laws) whenever they want.

Here the EPA brags about criminalizing this man. Evertson had no intention of being negligent and harmed no-one, yet he was thrown in jail and charged almost a half a million dollars to reimburse the EPA for their expenses in destroying everything in Mr Evertson's business.
