Cops as Judge, Jury and Executioner

Blatant cover-up attempts were made by the government, even after seeing the video (before its release). This is standard operation procedure.

The cops found that guy guilty and sentenced him to a severe beating after he was detained and no longer resisting arrest.

These cops are behaving exactly as the government wants them to behave. This kind of behavior has been going on for many decades. Now that there are more cameras around, we are seeing it more.

The government created this organization (the police), trains them, pays them and does nothing to try to keep this kind of behavior from continuing.
