They have no incentive to get the right person. Their incentive is conviction rates. They have an incentive to "solve" a crime even if it means destroying innocent lives. They have no problem with that at all. Totally corrupt and despicable non-human lumps of carbon and water.

The above case was settled for over $300,000. No person in the prosecutor's office or police department even had their wrist slapped. Nobody lost anything except for the taxpayers who paid for this. That scumbag prosecutor continues to aggressively destroy anyone who can help him enhance his numbers.

This is the government at work.
