The Police Are Not There To Protect Anyone

(except their political masters)

What total assholes these cops are. Someone "complained" so they try to run him off with no evidence of wrongdoing or probable cause or anything.

What if some "citizen" went up to someone on the street and treated him the same way the cops did to this guy. The cops would immediately arrest him.
